On Saturday September 4th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. the Cape Girardeau Conservation Nature Center will be celebrating the 16th birthday of their two headed Black Rat Snake. Come out and enjoy games, crafts, and refreshments. There will also be an auditorium presentations from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.
