On Saturday June 5th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cape Parks and Rec will be having their 2021 Health and Wellness Expo at the Osage Centre. There will be health screenings, group fitness classes, cooking demos, free t-shirts, and raffle prizes. This event is free to attend.
